Fwd: How We’ve Turned A Free Chair Into $103,000 and an Old Damaged Painting Brought $450.3MM

Hello!
Today, I have a great article from Melissa Stephenson. You may remember her from How Melissa Made $40,000 In One Year Flipping. I recently heard about her freakin' fun flipping challenge and asked her to share her story with ya'll.
Melissa and her husband Rob flip items full-time and make a great living doing so.
Flipping items ( also known as reselling or in a general sense, dropshipping, wholeselling ) is finding undervalued items in one market or another and bringing them to a new market where they are desired and valued for much more.

I have friends at ICON PARK "Eye of Orlando," that buy toys from Hong Kong i.e: Spinners or Figgits & Flying Balls (a mini-drone) for anywhere from $0.45 - $0.85 and sell e'm for anywhere from $10 to $25 and if the balls have a superhero face painted on them $50. But I digress...
She recently found a chair on the side of the road near her home. And, she has turned that into $103,000 in inventory just since, January!
This is so amazing and she shares some really helpful tips on how you can get into this great side hustle (or full-time job) as well.
She talks about what she did to fix up the chair, how she sold the chair, her top 3 steps to get started with your own freakin' fun flipping side hustle, and more.
Enjoy!
Please head to How We've Turned A Free Chair Into $103,000 to read the full article. If you'd like to read this later, please save it to Pinterest. Please check out their FREE workshop to see if flipping items a good fit for you (this is a referral link).
