RE:THE MOST IMPORTANT 30 MINS OF THE DAY

is…..

**drumroll**Pls!?

- the MORNING.

Shocker right?

Never heard that one before? Didn't think so.

Lol.

Look. I KNOW I sound like a broken record right now.

But that doesn't lessen the importance of the FACT that the first 30 minutes of your day are by far the most important.

Whether you spend those 30 minutes snoozing your alarm (tbh more like an hour worth of snoozing my alarm back when I worked for someone else) or getting tf out of bed and jumping right into your morning routine, whatever you do in those first 30 minutes sets the tone for the rest of your entire day

If you're someone who spends the first 30 minutes snoozing your alarm (aka me up until a year ago) then you can get a pretty clear idea of what the rest of your day is going to look like. At least for me, that kind of day looked like a rush-out-the-door-just-to-hit-traffic-just-to-spill-whatever-breakfast-food-i-was-scarfing-down-in-the-car-just-to-make-it-to-work-RIGHT-on-time-just-to-spend-8-hours-wondering-wtf-i-was-doing-with-my-life kinda day.

BUT if you're someone who gets up when their alarm goes off, rolls out of bed and has a solid morning routine (ex. Yoga / cold shower / meditation / gratitude / healthy breakfast) then your energy level for the rest of the entire day is going to be just as solid as your routine.

Having a solid morning routine works WONDERS in avoiding the whole 'why does this shit keep happening to me' domino effect caused by a shitty morning routine and crappy energy throughout the day.

SO. If you haven't gotten the gist of this post yet, its to get a concrete morning routine.

I don't care what it is, just make sure that its in alignment with your goals.

Google, youtube, ask your neighbor, I don't care!!!!

Just find one that works for you and stick to it :)

Lots of love, & gratitude

Jon-jon
