Hello, "let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us be thankful."  - Buddha today's email is all about gratitude & learning. even tho we're all focused on making our dreams a reality & taking the next step towards our goals… we have to come to terms that during this process, we will deal with inevitable hardships & setbacks. it's just part of life. but, as the quote above says, we have to do our best to LEARN from these situations & practice gratitude. i know, i know, i know… easier said than done. but buddha know's whatsup. next time you wanna freak out about something 'bad' that happened to you, think about the lesson you could learn from it. think about all the other things that are going RIGHT.  life is all about perspective.
