Hi,  it can be super frustrating building your first affiliate website. I know. I've been there. Done that!  Working day after day. Not seeing any money come in. (Maybe two years later it starts to pay off)  Are you wasting your time with this stuff? Nope. Building a profitable website is like raising a baby chicken. or duck...  You need to feed, water, and nurture it. Only after you do all that stuff does it start laying eggs. Affiliate marketing works. Wealthy Affiliate members are getting results. Some make $50k+ per year...  But getting results takes time. Don't forget that if your website isn't earning money, you can still make money online. Freelance writing is a great way to fund your business. Checkout side hustles there 100s of ' em online.  It can pay for hosting, training, or even help you buy outsourced content... Etc...  I always hire at UpWork.com. Their fees are pretty high for new Freelancers, but there's a TON of work available. If you are a native English speaker and understand basic SEO, you can charge a decent amount. Even if you make a very conservative $50 per article and write just one article per week... That's $200/ month you can use to build your business. It's gonna take some work to find jobs that pay well. And you might have to take some low-paying jobs to start or do it free to get a portfolio and recommendations. But the work is there.
