Dear Jon S,

Thank you for contacting LifeLock.

Many creditors will show on an alert with a different name as many use a different company to underwrite their loans and/or credit cards. The best way to proceed in this situation would be to contact the creditor and have them verify if they use the company listed on the alert. If they are not affiliated with the company listed, please call our Member Services Department to determine the appropriate course of action.

If at any time you have questions or need to make changes to your account, you may visit your online member portal by going to https://memberportal.lifelock.com/ or by contacting our Member Services Department at 1-800-LifeLock (1-800-543-3562).

Sincerely,

LifeLock Member Services
