Hey, An exceptional entrepreneur is open to learning new things. I remember reading one of my favorite books "Good to Great" a key lesson to achieve greatness... "Good makes you feel complacent about your situation." Meaning, when you feel good about your situation, you reach a plateau state where there is no significant change in your life. You stay in the same place because it feels safe to be there. But being a successful entrepreneur doesn't happen by being safe. It's about taking risks and aspiring to become better every single day.
