How are you? I pray you're doing wonderfully. And if you're not, just know you are a wonderful mom.

Nothing will challenge you as much as becoming a mother. The ups, the downs, the emotional roller-coaster of complete joy and true sadness. Just know we're all in this together. And I'm here to help you as much as I can.

I'm a mom, just like you, tearing up as I fill out the kindergarten application for my little girl. She's a real little person, about to go into the big school world. Wow.

I know blogging can be a bit overwhelming, so I've created a few visuals below to make it easier. Over the past three months I've hosted free challenges, each ending with a private group coaching call if you complete the work. They have been amazing. The feedback and thank you emails I receive after these calls make it so worth it!

WHOLE30 - STRONG HEALTHY MOMS

Just for fun, I created a little support group for any moms who want to join me on Whole30. I'm on day 26 and it's amazing! I'm much more calm, I sleep better, my skin looks better (or so my mom says), and I haven't felt bloated in weeks! Whole30 is not a diet, but it is a way of looking at food in a whole new light. It eliminates gluten, wheat, diary and sugar. I'm not an expert, but I like talking about it. You can join the small support group here.

IF YOU HAVEN'T STARTED YOUR BLOG YET

If you're brand new to blogging, welcome! I hope you can see that I'm here to fully support you on your journey! I'm a mom too, and by hustling and working hard, I was able to grow my blog to a full time business and retire my husband. It wasn't overnight, but it also wasn't rocket science :) You can do it!

Here is a free course to help you understand the foundations of blogging. And here is a free tutorial if you wanted to start your blog. You may still be wondering how blogs make money in the first place, here is an example of how a mommy fashion blogger, a photography mom blogger and a kids activity blogger all make money with their blogs.

So you have your blog up, but now what? I suggest you focus on creating amazing content (here are 8,000 blog post ideas), improving your Pinterest strategy through looping your pins and using a few of the 79 different ways to generating traffic.
