We do things very different from most of those teaching real estate investing. That's because we're in it every day - doing multiple deals, we've even automated most of it...
And thanks to what we've learned through 'trial and error' and the 'school of hard knocks' - we're one of the most active investors in our respective, spaces, countries and their states and cities.
See - we started back in early the mid 2000's as a 20-something millennial or 'punk kid' just stumbling 'bout - on a way to make some extra money. And after a few years we did well. Very well!
... Really well, I might ad... as a matter of fact!
That was until the 'bubble blew' and the market crashed and in a time frame of just two years we made and lost our first million, times 2x!
A serious wake up call! Believe me... 'rags to riches,' vice versa... and back again... always fun! You're the man if you can get back everything you lost and them some... a real hustler!
From that we learned how to buy and sell real estate safely, more profitably, and being in total control of how we work. And it has allowed us to pursue our passions... I like my freedom, freedom+ to do artwork (fine art & commercial) and photography... and oh yeah TRAVEL to the 185+ countries that have connectivity to the internet ( some which don't for system can run on AUTOPILOT ) and more to come since the likes of google and facebook are connecting the other 2/3 of the world population... as we speak.
Now we do at least 50+ deals a month ($100MM+) and built our business and personal wealth beyond what we've ever thought possible, just a few short years ago.
