Last email I sent you a bunch of "ninjas" to follow. Well, I found someone else interesting I wanted to share with you.
She recently published a Q3 income report, and well, income reports are always super interesting.
You'll find a lot more than just profit/ loss figures is this report though!
Check out the growth rate of each of her portfolio of websites.
And read about her publishing strategy.
I like that she's focusing on underserved queries.
I assume that means a lot of content on ultra-low competition phrases.
I've done this as well, with mixed results, but it definitely can work.
A thousands posts with just one(1) visit per month is still a 1,000... a thousand visits a month, right?
It's also interesting that it's the complete opposite of what's being taught in the product, I just bought. Go figure?!
(I'm not done going through the material yet. It's good though. I'll share it later).
Just goes to show you that there's not just one way to create a profitable website online.
Lastly, if you read the report, you'll notice that she actually lost money!
She lost about $10 grand in a single quarter.
So why am I sharing this with you, as if it's good news?
Well, she MADE about $15,000+...before expenses. AND that's what she's reporting...
"We consider content an investment rather than an expense. The more content we publish, the more potential profit the business will have in a year from now"...
So she made $15k+. Spent $25k or less. Total loss of about $10k+ or less. Hubby, ran away with the money... sold the house, sold .or. trade-in the car and disappeared (sounds familiar) ;) ;) ;)
But if you look at the growth trajectory, traffic and income is rising. Hmmmm...
That means if she keeps growing, eventually her earnings will outpace her spending. Assuming hubby/ bf doesn't comeback...
Or she can just cut back on growth spending, and enjoy her six figure income for a while, anyway...
Once you start making money from your websites, you can also try something like this.
Take some profits from one website, invest it into starting another with virtual assistants and writers, outdourced.
Alright. That was it. Just an interesting story to share with you.
Hope your 2020 is off to a good star and we set the toñe for the coming decade pero odometer it starts FY! 2021...
To Your Abundant Success,
Joao
