Hi, Here's a three (3) minute exercise that will absolutely improve your business. ( You can do as suggested, below or create your own priority list, do the first five (5) and forget the rest. (Everything else, will fall into place, nicely.) ) Step 1. In the next two (2) minutes, re-arrange the following five(5) business growth areas in order of importance, or priority ...for you: - Getting new leads.
- Improving what you offer.
- Working out how to make more money from current clients.
- Leading your team better.
- Re-contacting old leads/customers.
- etc.
Step 2. Pick your top two(2) most important or priority areas, then block five(5) hours in your calendar to do each of them, every week for the next three(3) weeks. Growing your business is often simpler than you may think. But you must spend meaningful amounts of time or 'quality time' on the few things that really matter.
