Fwd: My 12-year old role model

Hello,

I remember going to Sunday school when I was a kid.

They went on and on about how virtuous it was to work hard. As I grew older, I learned how this philosophy contradicted what my rich dad said. He would always say, "Rather than work hard, I work smart. Smart work is getting others to not only do but also want to do the hard work for you. And smart work is also getting money to work for you, not the other way around."

I'm not against hard work… necessarily. After all, no one reaches any level of success without putting in a lot of hours. But how were those hours spent?

If you're not getting the results you seek, that's the first thing you need to determine. What are you doing with your time?

Where is your time better spent? What can you outsource to someone else?

Anyone can do it.

Get a little inspiration from a 12-year old who is crushing it in the classroom and in her business.
