Speaking of credit cards, our online processing bank has had a temporary hiccup with Visa and is currently unable to process orders placed with Visa cards. This applies to both Visa credit and debit cards. This unfortunate situation is temporary and has absolutely nothing to do with CTFO, or with our CBD products. It's a disconnect between the bank and Visa. In fact, over 1,500 other companies using this same bank are also temporarily unable to accept Visa cards for the time being. We don't know exactly how many days this will last but the bank has assured us they are doing everything possible to remedy this situation. Also, we are lining up other ways to accept Visa cards as well; so one way or another, this should be a very short-lived inconvenience.
The good news is, you can use either MasterCard or Discover to make any purchases while this gets sorted out. Simply go into your back office and replace your payment method with the new card. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Although we don't anticipate this challenge lasting very long at all, should it last past the end of this week's pay period, we will take care of any qualification issues that may arise.
Once again, just to be clear, this is not a CTFO, or CBD issue, and we are not discontinuing Visa charges. This is only a temporary situation that will be resolved as fast as humanly possible!
